Live 2009 ~ Thanks ~ (Acoustic Concert)

During past few years, as I knew more Japanese fans, they always send me E-mail after watched

Hiromi's concert, told me the detailed scene of the concert. Every time I read their E-mail admirably.

So in this November, I went to Aichi Ken to watch Hiromi's concert again. Of course, this time I also

obtained a lot of help from Japanese friends. I really grateful for them. By my own effort, it seems

impossible to watch these two concerts.

Hiromi started her Acoustic concert in November. The two concerts I chose were 14.Nov held in

Chiryu City and 15.Nov held in Kasugai City of Aichi Ken. The place were a little bit far from station.

It was lucky that my friends drove to Aichi Ken, so the transportation was comparatively convenience.

Actually, they are not live in Aichi Ken. One is driven from Toyama Ken, the other one is driven from

Shizuoka Ken, also one from Tokyo and one from Shiga Ken travelled by Shinkansen. Any way, every

fan's enthusiasm is touching, we always say "There is no bad one among Hirom's fans." We always

eager to help each others.

Back to the concert, Hiromi dressed in a light yellow dress, started the concert with the song "Fantasy".

It was a quite different starting. Hiromi always dressed in long evening dress, this kind of knee length

dress hasn't been seen for a long time, just enhanced her vitality. "Fantasy" only sang in her hit songs

medley before, it might be more than 10 years ? she hadn't sang the whole song in concert. Then,

she chose a very warm song from the CD "Thanks" - "In the sunshine" (Hizashi No Naka De). After two

songs, Hiromi made her greeting to fans. Then she sang two songs which are my favourite - "Misty spring"

(Haru Oboro) accompanied by guitar, and "Kosumosu" accompanied by piano. After these two songs, Hiromi

talked about her feeling towards the songs, and the stage memories with Momoe Yamaguchi in the past.

The next song was "Letter" (Tegami) which delivered a message to the one you loved who always stay with

you. Then she introduced her favourite musical instrument - Ichigoichige. She said that in junior high school,

her relationship with the music teacher was no good, so she got a rather bad result in music subject. She

hadn't studied music score well, even now she is not familiar in reading music score and could not play any

musical instrument, but "Ichigoichie" is easy to play. Then she sang two songs "Thanks" and "Imagine"

accompanied by her own "Ichigoichie". Differed with before, this time Hiromi hasn't sat down to sing, she

stood on stage to play the muscial instrument and sang. Both songs are beautiful. She told us that when she

held concert in Gifu Ken earlier, she visited the factory where manufactured "Ichigoichie", the president gave

her a new one as a present. So this time after sang the song "Thanks", she changed the other one. She

introduced that both string were made of different material, so the sounds they produced were different. The

next two songs were more familiar to fans - "Romance" and "The violet tears" (Sumireiro No Namida). Then,

Hiromi sang the song "If we met in the dream" (Yume de Aedara) and started to introduce the bands' members.

When she returned to the back stage, the first half of the concert ended.

In the second half, Hiromi changed to a silver grey evening dress, which had twinkling crystal beads on it. It

looked like the princess dress in fairy tales, very beautiful. Hiromi started the second half with "Thought in

Autumn" (Shishuki), a forever beautiful song. Hiromi also said that recently, some singers also covered

this song in their CD, and it was rather pity that both the song writer - Mr. Takashi Miki and the lyrics writer -

Mr. Yu Aku have passed away. The next song was "Pieces of Happiness" (Shiawase No Kakera) which she always

used to encourage her fans, and then came the beautiful song "The gift of life" (Jinsei No Okurimono). At last,

Hiromi used her forever famous song "Madonna Tachi No Lullaby" to end the concert . Though this song can

always listen in concert, I found this time it was especially beautiful and touching.

Replied to our enthusiastic applause for encore, Hiromi stepped on the stage again. She sang Mr. Senri Ohe's

song "For you ~ Start of the Poem" (Hajimari No Uta, Anata E) and ended the whole concert with the warm song -

"Under this Broad Sky" (Kono Hiroi Sora No Shita). I always love to listen this song as the ending of her concert.

In the starry sky, accompanied by Hiromi's beautiful and touching singing, it is never felt enough. Now, at the

end, Hiromi always gathered all the bands members to take their curtain call to the audiences.

Of course, I joined the shake hand party on both of the days. Even not on the stage, Hiromi is always friendly and

lovely. If gave up this chance for a close contact, it just seems like the concert is incomplete. There was one

interesting event. On the morning of 15.Nov, my friends were very kind that they took me to have a short

sightseeing in Nagoya. We visited the Ohsukannon, on the way back, we walked through the shopping street. One

of the shop was selling a T shirt with a lovely pig drew on it. One sight of it, my friends stopped and praised the

pig was very lovely. Incidentally, in the shake hand party, Hiromi dressed the same T shirt. We all regretted that

we hadn't bought one that morning.

Now, if companied by Japanese fans, after the shake hand party, we always wait for Hiromi in front of the back stage

exit. The atmosphere became more cheerful. Fans are increasing. All of us are still as enthusiastic as yesterday.

Even we did not know each others, while waiting for Hiromi, we talked with each others naturally. Next time, when

we met again, we would become friend.

Of course, all the fans respect Hiromi. When we saw her came out, we would not rush towards her asked for

signature or take photo (even the security guard would not allow us to do so), we only see her get on the car and

say goodbye to her. To have our respect, Hiromi have a group of sincere fans. Walked with Hiromi for more than

30 years, we are always stay with her no matter how's the day. It is also when I gathered with other fans, I found that

I was not crazy. That's our world. Though it was only two days, it was really a joyful trip.
